We spent about two hours wandering the Venetian without shopping. The indoor canals and painted ceilings were enough to keep us looking around; finding Lord Stow’s took longer than expected.

The route we used

From the Great Hall, we took the corridor with PIAGET on the corner and kept going toward the LEGO store. Lord Stow’s was beside it. These landmarks describe our visit, so check the current directory if the shops have changed.

The egg tarts

We bought two to try, then returned on our last morning for four boxes to take home. The soft custard was the part we liked most.

My visit notes list MOP 13 for one tart and MOP 75 for six. Check the counter price when buying.

We walked beside the canals rather than taking a gondola. Give yourself time for the building itself and the bakery; a tight stop would have felt rushed to us.
