My pick near Isu for a rich mala hot pot and a lively evening with friends. I keep coming back for the broth and the noodles at the end.
The essentials
Order from the QR menu at your table. The photographed menu lists the hot pot at ₩24,900 and noodles at ₩3,000: ₩27,900 together, before drinks or sides. These are prices from my visit.
The restaurant is in Isu Plaza, ground floor, unit 106. My route was from Isu Station Exit 10, about a three-minute walk.
What I’d order again
The hwasan mara jeongol is a shared hot pot, with the ingredients already in the pot when it arrives. I like its deep, savoury broth. Adding junghwamyeon—Chinese-style noodles—toward the end is my favourite part.
Before you go
I enjoy the energy, but I wouldn’t choose it for a quiet conversation. I’ve had to wait on a busy Saturday evening, so allow some flexibility on weekends. Check the branch’s current hours before a late-night trip.
